These are part of a practice that is simply about being sure there is a place in my life for making work. While I naturally make visual work everyday, it isn’t always produced from my own perspective. It is usually designed and produced to serve an outside influence. These paintings are hopefully a little different. They may not be about showing off, or displaying the highest level of skill. They are about working through ideas and discovering new pathways.
