A Vision
To create soulful, story-rich art and interactive experiences that preserve, reinterpret, and elevate the cultural spirit of Northern New Mexico while building a life rooted in creativity, community, and purpose.
Core Components of My Vision
A steward of culture
I make art to preserve and reinterpret the spirit of Northern New Mexico.
My work honors the land, the people, the stories, and the sacred symbols that shaped me.
Through painting, design, and digital tools, I carry forward traditions but I also reshape them for the present.
My saints, portraits, and landscapes are offerings. They are part memory, part prayer, part resistance.
Work across mediums, but with one soul
I paint in oil. I sketch in Procreate. I write code. I film. I build interfaces.
Whatever tool I’m using, I’m still telling human stories.
I use technology like I use color deliberately, intuitively, and to deepen emotion.
I don’t separate the old from the new. I blend them. That’s how I make meaning.
Help people feel seen and supported
I care about more than aesthetics. I care about connection.
My work isn’t just about me it’s about us.
I want people to feel a sense of belonging, dignity, and possibility through what I create.
Whether it’s a painting, a video, a workshop, or a piece of code, I want people to walk away feeling empowered.
Local stories can speak to the world
Taos is my root system but I know the language I’m speaking is bigger than geography.
There’s something universal in what’s specific.
Through color, form, rhythm, and story, I can connect with people in Santa Fe, Phoenix, Denver or anywhere else someone’s searching for beauty that feels true.
Building a creative ecosystem
I don’t want to just make things. I want to make things happen.
I want to build paths for other artists. I want to design systems that support creative life.
That might mean traveling exhibitions. That might mean an online archive, a community show, a design tool, or an inspiring persona.
Whatever form it takes, I’m interested in structures that sustain vision not just mine, but all of ours.
